Id assume that somewhere in the registry you could find the offending name. Now as to whether thats stored in ascii, hex or whatnot... lol. Prob easier to reinstall if regedit and search doesnt help. :P

I can confim this problem with WINE 0.9.44 on Ubuntu 7.04. And I cant seem to log in anymore either...even after changing winecfg.
